Everything in GO can be reported from the thing itself — you never have to email us to file one.

• A post or Peak: tap the three-dot menu at the top right of the post, choose Report post.
• A person: open their profile, tap the menu, choose Report or Block.
• A message: press and hold a message someone sent you, then choose Report.
• An event: open it, tap the three-dot menu at the top right, choose Report event.

Reports are triaged every day, and anything flagged as a safety issue is looked at within 24 hours. Blocking is immediate and does not wait on us — a blocked person can no longer message you, see your posts, or appear anywhere in your app.

GO treats this as the most serious report we can receive. There is a dedicated notice form in the app under Help → Report non-consensual imagery, and notices are actioned within 48 hours. You do not need an account with us to send one — email safety@goappofficial.us and we will act on it the same way.

If content of yours was removed, or your account was restricted, and you believe it was a mistake, email support@goappofficial.us from the address on your account and tell us what was removed and when. We will tell you which rule was applied and reverse it if we got it wrong. A person reads every appeal.

GO asks everyone to verify their identity when they sign up. It is how we keep the community over 18 and make it much harder to run a fake profile.

• Verification is handled by Didit, our verification provider. Your ID document and selfie go to them, not to us.
• GO stores only the outcome — whether you passed, and that you are over 18. We never see or keep a copy of your ID.
• If verification fails and you believe it should not have, email support@goappofficial.us and we will look into it with Didit.

You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app, at any time: Profile → menu → Security → Delete Account. You will be asked for your password to confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your profile, posts, Peaks, messages, events you created, and your stored location. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore an account afterwards. If you have lost access to your account and cannot sign in to delete it, email support@goappofficial.us from the address on the account.

GO uses your location only while the app is open, to sort events and people by how close they are. There is no background tracking. You can refuse the permission and still use the app — you will be asked to type a location instead, and you can change it any time from the pin next to the location box in Find or the Event Hub. Turning location off entirely is done in iOS Settings → GO.

Every category can be turned off separately in Settings → Notifications inside the app — messages, event alerts, friend requests and suggestions are independent. Turning all of them off does not limit anything else in GO.

Email support@goappofficial.us. Tell us your username and what happened, and include a screenshot if you have one — it usually saves a round trip. GO is a small team, so replies come from a person rather than a queue.
